ABOUT US
Involuntary Icon was born from the common will of two creative women to actively participate in the transformation towards eco-sustainability that is taking place in the luxury fashion world..
They combined Laura's passion for vintage with Francesca's love of sustainable design to create a new brand that incorporates history, luxe and high-quality with complete respect for the planet.
ABOUT LAURA
Laura Ravaioli is an Italian Architect, and Art Director graduated from the Polytechnic of Milan with an Architecture Master Degree.
She co-founded her own internationally renowned studio RavaioliSilenzistudio in Milan, specializing in Art Direction, journalism, photo shooting, advertising, fashion, design, and the concept for exhibitions and events.
After more than 20 years of collaboration with major Italian and international luxury brands, together with design and fashion magazines, she moved to Boston in 2015.
Her creative soul and her inner sense of style are now projected to this new chapter of her career.
ABOUT FRANCESCA
Francesca Lo Cascio is an Italian Art Director and Designer graduated from the Polytechnics of Milan and Turin in industrial, furniture and eco-sustainable product design. After her architectural and design studies, she continued to enrich her education in branding and marketing with a master in Foreign Markets & Public Relations.
Her desire to learn from different cultures took her to live and work in Spain, Thailand, China, Japan, and France, where she opened her design studio, FLOCdesign, in Paris in 2006, specialized in retail and brand design.
After more than 10 years of collaboration with major international luxury brands, she moved to Boston in 2016 to start a new chapter of her creative career.
